I started PIPS in May 2026. I have over nine years childcare experience working in nurseries, as a nanny, and as a Teaching Assistant in a SEND school. I also hold a Level 2 qualification in the Children and Young People’s Workforce. My time working in special education with children has shaped my passion for equality and inclusion. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and excited to learn.
