Hi, my name is Jo, I have a level 3 qualification in childcare and education. I have been working with children for 14 years.

I first joined PIPS in 2009 as an early years practitioner, which then progressed into taking a more managerial role. After having had my second daughter I left  PIPS to start my own child minding business. Since my youngest child has now started school, I was able to resume my post as manager at PIPS early in 2017. I love being part of this great and unique setting, watching the babies and children thrive and develop through play in such an amazing rural setting. It really makes my job very special indeed.
