Nursery Practitioner

My name is Emma. I have an NVQ2 in childcare and education. I started my journey into childcare as a Nanny, then I became a childminder whilst having my own children. I have also worked in various day nursery's and currently work at a Primary school as a lunchtime supervisor.

I thoroughly enjoy my job at PIPS and have been
a member of staff for over 20 years. Seeing the children grow and be happy in such a lovely setting is so rewarding. I do online training and have a paediatric first aid certificate,which is renewed every three years.
